What you can & can’t mix with The Ordinary 100% Niacinamide Powder
The main things to remember (as well as conflicts which I will get on to) is that niacinamide is water soluble. This means that the serums and moisturisers you want to mix it into have to have a water based component. If you are using straight oil, it won’t dissolve.
